Manufacturer Guarantee

All our garments have a 3 month manufacturer's guarantee. Each return is assessed individually and conditions apply. Please note that the guarantee is rendered invalid if the garment is washed incorrectly. All our garments cool handwash only; this is stated clearly on the washing instructions label inside each garment.

3.1. Your information will not be stored on our web server. It is transferred to us in an encrypted format. We may also store your information on paper at our offices.

3.3. You have a statutory right to see a copy of the information we hold about you on payment of a fee, which is currently £10.

4.2 We provide an online shopping service and use your information to fulfill your order.

5.1.3. We provide an online shopping service so any credit or debit card details you supply will be passed to our payment provider and your card issuer. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CARD DETAILS AFTER PASSING THEM TO OUR PAYMENT PROVIDER.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices, Payment and Taxes

All orders are billed in Pounds Sterling. All prices quoted on our site exclude shipping costs, and any Customs Tax or Import Duties over which we have no control and do not accept any liability. Deliveries made within the EU will be charged Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate as applicable. All items are subject to stock availability.

The majority of orders are delivered in the UK within seven working days, however if an item is required by a specific date please contact us for assistance.

When placing your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email, this will confirm the detail of your order, but is not an acceptance of your order or a guarantee of supply. Unless otherwise requested all communication with you by us will be through email, it is imperative that you correctly state your email address in your order. All orders are subject to security checking and stock availability. We will verify your payment information with your card issuer before your order is despatched, failure to provide correct billing information or correct card security information will delay your order. Please ensure the billing address provided is the address registered with your card issuer. The card security code from the back of your card is required with all orders, this is the group of three digits printed on the reverse of your card (group of four numbers on the front of American Express cards).

Returning Goods

We are committed to supplying products that exceed your expectations; every garment we sell has a three month manufacturer’s guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the complete product undamaged in an unused "as sold" condition within 7 days of the delivery date and we will gladly refund your full purchase price.

When trying garments that may be returned please take care; once garments are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TAGS or garments will not be considered for exchange or credit.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item to us, unfortunately we are also unable to refund your original shipping cost. Products that are returned as faulty may be returned to the manufacturer for their investigation before we are able to issue a refund or replacement. We will keep you informed of the progress of your return.

Products returned from outside the EU must be marked 'Returned Goods' and a duly completed customs declaration form (usually available from Post Offices) which contains the words 'British Returned Goods' in the contents description must be affixed, stating that the products are being returned as they are either faulty, unwanted or for repair. If the correct documentation is not completed the Customer will be liable for any Customs or Import duties charged. We will not accept any parcel which has a customs charge payable.
